The God of Carnage

Our 2021 production was Yasmina Reza’s The God of Carnage, a play that shows the hilarious, chaotic and unrestrained results when two sets of parents come together in a well-off suburb to discuss one of their sons hitting the other with a stick. Brutal, dark and very funny, The God of Carnage delves into what happens when our instincts to protect our own meet our desire to be sophisticated, elevated members of society.

We performed it live on a specially designed set and filmed it with a multi-camera set up. The performances will be live-streamed to YouTube, so audiences can join us from the comfort of your own homes.

Performances were at 7.45pm on Friday 9 July and Saturday 10 July as part of the Wandsworth Arts Festival.
