The God of Carnage

Our next production will be Yasmina Reza’s The God of Carnage, a play that shows the hilarious, chaotic and unrestrained results when two sets of parents come together in a well-off suburb to discuss one of their sons hitting the other with a stick. Brutal, dark and very funny, The God of Carnage delves into what happens when our instincts to protect our own meet our desire to be sophisticated, elevated members of society.

We have now cast, and the actors will be rehearsing both virtually and together in person, following the latest covid-19 guidance at all times. They will perform it live on a specially designed set and will be filmed with a multi-camera set up. The performances will be live-streamed to YouTube, so audiences can join us from the comfort of your own homes.

Performances will be on Friday 9 July and Saturday 10 July as part of the Wandsworth Arts Festival. Stay tuned for more information on how to watch!
